Personal Note

Louise Hay wrote this book back in 1984 when I was 11 years old! I first read this book in my early 20’s.  It was profound! I felt heard and seen when I read it.  I didn't feel so alone in my confusion about my inner pain and limited thinking.  The List was and continues to be incredibly helpful to understand the deeper meaning behind a physical issue. I have referred to it often over the years and still do now. Her overarching concept of “you are not enough” hits the nail on the head.  We all have this to some degree or another and I believe it’s a key place of healing for everyone - one of our strongest shadows that block us from the Light. I work with this shadow very often in my own life and with my clients and it will be featured in my upcoming book.
